For Microchip team we have found the perfect place at Comana, close to Bucharest. After we have agreed on the team building objectives with the client we have elaborated a complex program that included adrenaline, rappel, tree climbing, all of the exercises being about team work and sustaining the other one. In the event structure we also integrated the fun and the networking part.
