We put at the very foundation of every event a puzzle game in which the complete final image fits perfectly with the client’s brief. Let’s go through all the steps together!

1. Meet & Brief

It takes one fantastic team (us) and a client that is open to new ideas and perspectives (you) to design a complete BRIEF for an overall image of the projected event.

2. Plan & Budget

The entire Pro Events team starts every event journey with a complex arsenal of negotiation techniques, learned over time. We contact the best specialists on the market from all the required fields, we get the best offers and create the optimal budget, considering all the brief requirements.

3. Connecting pieces

When the client responds positively to the proposed budget, Pro Events team starts the working process with a lot of enthusiasm and efficiency and builds the perfect puzzle. To be more specific, it means that, starting from the agreed concept, we synchronize with all our providers, we put together all the event pieces and we arrange everything to the smallest details: venue, branding and decor, furniture, activities, entertainment, catering, stage, screen, sound, lights, transportation, accommodation, etc. In other words: adrenaline, involvement, attention, passion and magic dust, coordination with the entire team and many many hours of work. A complex process which you don’t actually see, but we know that you know about it and that you appreciate the effort to create the perfect event.

4. Happening

After building piece by piece the entire event plan in one complete image, what follows is a complex development of energy and effort and that is the day (or days) of the actual event. It is the climax point of our story and the long-awaited reward. When the event goes well (and it always goes well), we (the fantastic team) fully feel the satisfaction of our work and you (the client) are delighted by the result and happy that you followed your intuition and chose to work with us.

5. Follow-up & Wrap-up

A fabulous event deserves a serious follow-up. Gathering the puzzle pieces or “the wrap-up”, as we call it, happens in the days after the event. We finalize all the administrative components and we can’t wait to have your feedback. Each experience of every event in a puzzle prepares us for a new challenge. We consider it to be constructive and relevant to analyze together the result of our collaboration.

She is a unique mix: she loves rock and black, but she knows how to choose color and finesse when she creates an event decor and she identifies easily the relevant details that make the difference. She’s pragmatical and very prompt when it comes to respecting deadlines. She uses few words when speaking and writing, she’s very practical and has a childish creativity.

Stage name Capsa, extremely involved and hardworking. He always has the right jokes at hand, he is ready and on the lookout for any unpredictable situation, technical and regarding the whole event. He gets moving slowly, but his energy lasts a long time and his patience is incredible. He is always ready for any type of challenge during the events, and when everything is quiet, he surpasses easily all the challenges in mobile games.

He is the 2.0 version of the team. Team player, proactive and very attentive to details. He learns fast and adapts quick to unexpected situations. Creative and enthusiast, he’s always looking for new ways to approach and implement an idea. He’s always there when you need him, he has focus and speed in his day to day tasks and he will not quit until he completes the job in the best possible way.

The master of sound & video, very technical and organized on time and well trained for any event. Creative in finding solutions and always looking for new gadgets that can make the event more interesting. He’s always there for the team and for the client, with all the jokes in his pocket, and he doesn’t leave, he doesn’t sleep, he doesn’t eat until everything is perfect.

Mihăiță, as we all call him, has a great sense of humor and is as involved and hardworking as his colleagues. He is solution-oriented, always on the move and constantly up to date with the newest technologies. Video games are his passion and he is a big big chocolate lover.
