We have managed quite a few small conferences and workshops for WorldQuant. But the biggest challenge came in 2018 when we have organized one of the most complex events in Pro Events history. It was in fact a series of events for 250 guests from all over the world that included: one week of accommodation for all of them, one week of workshops in different days and groups,  one big conference with all the 250 guests, one big gala dinner, touristic activities for all 250 guests, scheduled in different places of interest and more groups, transfers from and to the airport, bus transportation, security for the top management, menus chosen to consider all kinds of alimentary restrictions and religious orientations.

We worked hard, with passion and great commitment to make sure that all the components of this event were perfectly set and that the entire event flowed with no errors. The success of the event was a powerful one and it honored both us as a corporate event agency and also the client.
